HOW TO PURCHASE EVENTS AND WISDOM CIRCLES
HOW TO PURCHASE WISDOM CIRCLES AND EVENT TICKETS
Step 1: Go to the product page for the Wisdom Circle or Event at Hopi Wisdom Teachings.
Step 2: Click on the event ‘Registration’ button and/or subscription ‘Sign Up Now’ button to add a Wisdom Circle or Event to your basket.
Step 3: You should automatically be redirected to your basket If not, go to the cart icon in top right of menu.
- On the my basket page, If you have a coupon code enter it in the coupon code box and click Apply coupon.
Step 4: Click “Proceed to Checkout” button at the bottom of the page.
Step: 5: On the Checkout page, Choose one:
- Returning Customers (those who already have an account) click the “Retuning Customers Click Here to Login’. Your billing information will update the billing detail fields. Go to Step 6.
- New Customers will need to fill out the Billing details, email and create a password fields. Go to Step 6.
Step 6: Once your account information is added to the checkout page, scroll down.
- Check the box, Yes, I want to receive important information about my purchase.
- Check the box, I agree to Terms & Conditions.
- Click Proceed to PayPal.
Step 7: You will be directed to PayPal where you will login to your account to pay or the event or set up the subscription.
Step 8: After payment, you should be redirected back to your account at Hopi Wisdom Teachings.
HOW TO ACCESS MY WISDOM CIRCLE OR EVENT MEMBERSHIP
Step 1: Go to: “My Account” in the menu. LOGIN if you are not already.
Step 2: Click the “My Wisdom Teachings/Memberships” tab on this page to view your teaching or circle memberships.
Step 3: Click the VIEW button next to the Wisdom Circle or Event.
Step 4: This will take you to the member’s page for this Circle or Event where you will click the VIEW button again. This takes you to the page to access the content for this membership.
IF I MISS A LIVE EVENT OR CIRCLE CAN I WATCH IT AT A LATER DATE?
Yes, all purchased events, circles and teachings are available 24/7 through your account. Please allow 48 hours after the live event for the recording to be uploaded to our On-Demand library.

- enter your username or email address
- Click Get New password.
Step 3. Go To Your Email Account-
- You will receive a ‘Password Reset” email with a link to create a new password. Click on the link.
Step 4: You can enter your new password or use the one generated for you. Click Reset Password.

HOW TO RESUBMIT PAYMENT FOR A SUBSCRIPTION
How to resubmit payment for a Subscription.
Step 1 Go to: “My Account” at https://hopiwisdomteachings.com/my-account/ . Step 2: Click the “My Wisdom Teachings/Memberships” tab on this page to view your circle memberships, subscriptions, or teachings.
Step 3: Click on “My Orders”, then scroll down to see Order dates and status.
Step 4: Click the “View” button beside the circle/event you need to pay and also see which ones you’ve paid in the past
Step 5: Click the PAY button next to the Membership you want to reactivate. This should resend your payment to PayPal for processing. Note: Do not cancel the membership.
HOW TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION
Step 1 Go to: “My Account”. LOGIN if you are not already.
Step 2: Click the “My Wisdom Teachings/Memberships“.
Step 3: Listed next to your Wisdom Circle subscriptions are the View and View Billing tabs.
Step4: Click the VIEW BILLING button next to the subscription. This will take you to your billing. page for this subscription.
Step 5: On the billing subscription page, listed next to Action are options to Cancel, Suspend, Change Payment. Click the CANCEL button to end your subscription.
- If you have pre-paid for a subscription term you will still have access to the content until your pre-paid term is up. At that time, your subscription will automatically change from ‘pending cancellation’ to ‘cancelled’ and access to the content will end.
